Job Summary

• Current RN Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Competent in CPR
• 2 years’ recent emergency experience preferred
• BCLS certified
• ACLS required
• PALS/TNCC preferred
• Non Violent Crisis Intervention Course (NVCI) to be completed within 3 months of hire ‎
• ENC (C) preferred
• Coronary Care 1 course in the last 2 years with practical experience
• Physical assessment course in the last five years
• Knowledge of basic arrhythmia interpretation
• Innovative and ability to adapt to ever changing fast paced environment
• Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent Analysis / problem assessment
• Innovative and ability to adapt to ever changing fast pace environment
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork
• Demonstrates individual leadership skills

Bonus Inventive Program

New employees hired after January 1, 2019 into a regular part-time or full-time position, will be eligible for the Bonus Incentive payment of up to $4000.00 payable at established intervals over the course of the first 2 years of continuous active employment.
