Job Summary

Qualifications & Experience:
• RN Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3- 5 years recent critical care nursing experience or Critical Care Certificate
• ACLS preferred
• BScN preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated problem assessment skills
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
• Demonstrated individual leadership skills

Duties

Bonus Incentive Program

Full and Part Time RN positions in CICU:

The bonus incentive would provide eligible new employees hired after January 1, 2019 with a lump sum payment in the amount of $500.00 upon successful completion of the probationary period and a second payment of $1500.00 after one year of continuous service. After the completion of 2 years of continuous service, an eligible employee would receive a lump sum payment in the amount of $2000.00. Eligible employees must be actively employed and work on a continuous basis in the role to meet the criteria.
New employees hired after January 1, 2019 will be eligible for the Bonus Incentive payment of up to $4000.00 payable at established internals over the course of the first 2 years of continuous active employment.
